The rate of litigation has already taken a volume not acceptable, so the Minister of Justice, Francisco Caamaño, has submitted three proposed draft law: Mediation, the reform of the Arbitration Act and Regulation of Institutional Arbitration State General Administration of Law and complementary to the previous two, by amending the Organic Law of Judicial Power to adapt the skills of courts in these matters. It is improving the resolution of conflicts by providing alternative and traditional sound to trial.
