Promomadrid and Spanish Arbitration Club work together to encourage arbitrage and promote Madrid as the venue of Arbitration shall
PromoMadrid President, Jesus Sainz, and the Chief Executive Officer of PromoMadrid, Genaro González Palacios, and the presidents of the English Arbitration Club, Iron and Jesus Antonio Remon, have signed a new agreement within the framework of cooperation established in 2006 between the two institutions, whose main objectives are to introduce arbitration and encourage the use of it as a mechanism for settlement of commercial disputes between companies and promote Madrid as a venue for international arbitration.
